　　三、防水卷材低温柔度仪使用方法：

　　★时间设置：根据材料试验所需恒温时间设置。即到达设定温度后延时若干时间开始顶起试件。

　　★温度的设定：在SV/PV正常显示状态下，按一下“SET"键，使SV显示处于闪烁状态，通过按“＜”键，找到所需定温度的位数，再按上升或下降键，设定到所需温度值，设定完毕后，再次按一“SET"键，使仪表转到SV/PV正常显示状态。

　　★清零键的使用：当到达设定温度及时间，弯曲轴向上以360mm/min的速度向上提起弯曲轴开始试验，即一个试验完成，按下下降键使其回位，按下清零键待下一次试验。

　　★到达设定温度后弯曲棒自动进行试验，在完成弯曲过程10S内，在适宜的光源下用肉眼检查试件有无裂纹，必要时，用辅助光学装置帮助。假若有一条或更多的裂纹从涂盖层深入到胎体层，或完全贯穿无增强卷材，即存在裂缝。一组五个试件应分别试验检查。假若装置的尺寸满足，可以同时试验几组试件。

　　★冷弯温度的范围（未知）A初测定，从期望的冷弯温度开始，每隔6℃试验每个试件，因此每个试验温度都是6℃的倍数（如-12℃、-18℃、-24℃等）。从开始导致破坏的低温度开始，每隔2℃分别试验每组五个试件的上表面和下表面，连续的每次2℃的改变温度，直到每组5个试件分别试验后至少有4个无裂缝，这个温度记录为试件的冷弯温度。

　　★When the set temperature is reached,the bending bar will automatically perform the test.Within 10 seconds after the bending process is completed,the test piece is visually inspected for cracks under a suitable light source.If necessary,use auxiliary optical devices to help.If one or more cracks penetrate from the coating layer to the carcass layer,or completely penetrate the unreinforced coil,then cracks exist.A group of five test pieces shall be tested separately.If the size of the device is satisfied,several groups of test pieces can be tested at the same time.^^^

　　★Range of cold bending temperature(unknown)A Initial measurement,starting from the expected cold bending temperature,test each specimen every 6℃,so each test temperature is a multiple of 6℃(such as-12℃、-18℃,-24℃,etc.).Starting from the low temperature that caused the damage,the upper and lower surfaces of each group of five test pieces were tested every 2°C,and the temperature was continuously changed by 2°C each time until at least Four crack-free,this temperature is recorded as the cold bending temperature of the test piece.

　　四、防水卷材低温柔度仪安装与调试：

　　★把水槽放入低温箱内，加入冷冻液。冷冻液用任一混合物：

　　—丙烯乙二醇/水溶液（体积比1：1）低至-25℃，或—低于-20℃的乙醇/水混合物（体积比2：1）。液面高度为100mm，放入试件冷冻液达到规定温度后，开始保持在该温度1h±5min。

　　★连接好主机与控制器线路，接通电源220V，并具有可靠接地，打开电源开关通过控制面板上的上升、下降、停止按扭，调整好弯曲轴位置。使其在A下端放置好试件，试件尺寸为（150±1）mm×（25±1）mm，在开始所有试验前，两个圆筒间的距离（见图1）应按试件厚度调节，即弯曲轴直径＋2mm＋两倍试件的厚度。然后装置放入已冷却的液体中，并且圆筒的上端在冷冻液面下约10mm，弯曲轴在下面的位置。弯曲轴直径根据产品不同可以为20mm、30mm、50mm。

　　★Connect the host and controller lines,connect the power supply to 220V,and have reliable grounding.Turn on the power switch to adjust the position of the bending axis through the ascent,descent,and stop buttons on the control panel.Place the test piece at the lower end of A.The size of the test piece is(150±1)mm×(25±1)mm.Before starting all the tests,the distance between the two cylinders(see Figure 1)Thickness adjustment,that is,the diameter of the bending axis+2mm+twice the thickness of the test piece.The device is then placed in the cooled liquid with the upper end of the cylinder approximately 10 mm below the level of the frozen liquid and the bending axis at the lower position.The bending shaft diameter can be 20mm,30mm,50mm according to different products.

　　五、防水卷材低温柔度仪仪器维护：

　　★低温制冷仪的低温柔度仪可长期保持运行，低温柔度仪可长期放在低温制冷仪内，可随时进行试验。

　　★当不锈钢容器内的冷冻液不足时，应及时添加冷冻液。

　　★长期不用或改变用途时，将低温柔度试验仪由低温制冷仪取出来，将低温柔度试验仪柔度棒组件用水冲洗干净冷冻液烘干保存，不锈钢容器内的冷冻液妥善安置。

　　★使用环境温度：15--35°C

　　★使用环境湿度：小于80%RH
