一、用途:
MC2424型门窗检测仪是我公司综合现行的GB/T7106-2008和GB/T7106-2019门窗新标准,研制开发的最新型门窗检测设备,专门用于建筑门窗气密性、水密性、抗风压性能的检测。
MC2424型门窗检测仪即可满足现行标准,也完全满足门窗新标准要求,真正做到新老标准兼容。
1.Purpose:
The MC2424 door and window detector is the latest door and window inspection equipment developed by our company based on the current GB/T7106-2008 and GB/T7106-2019 new standards for doors and windows.It is specially used for air tightness,water tightness,and wind pressure resistance of building doors and windows.Performance testing.
MC2424 door and window detector can meet the current standards,and also fully meet the requirements of the new standards for doors and windows,truly compatible with the old and new standards.

五、设备主要结构及功能:
设备由以下部分组成
①压力源
②雨水喷淋系统
③静压箱
④空气流量测量系统

⑦位移变形测量系统
1.◆压力源
主要由高压离心风机、变频器和电动换向阀组成,为气密水密和抗风性能在检测过程中提供不同的压力,并实现在试验过程中正负压力的转换。
2.◆雨水喷淋系统
采用高精度玻璃转子流量计、调水阀、分水阀和不锈钢喷嘴,为水密检测提供符合标准要求的淋水量,耐用不生锈。
3.◆静压箱
主要由主板、左右框、上框架、底座、喷头、试件装夹部分组成,为门窗被检测试件进行物理性能检测提供密闭的压力箱。通过选择不同尺寸的隔板来检测不同规格的试件,方便试件安装。
4.◆空气流量测量系统
采用高精度的进口风量变送器测量被测试件的空气渗透量,安装在扣箱后端的测量管路中。
5.◆空气收集箱
空气收集箱主要功能是用来在做气密性检测时对空气渗透量的采集。箱体采用轻便耐用材料制成,重量轻,便于移动,使用方便。
6.◆电器控制系统
主要由工业控制计算机和电器部分组成,当试件装夹完成后,所有测试过程都由控制系统自动完成。
7.◆位移变形测量系统
采用3只高精度的数字位移传感器,测量试件在抗风压性能产生的变形量,位移传感器安装方便,不会因为在实验中静压箱所受的压力影响测量的准确性。

1.The source of stress
It is mainly composed of a high-pressure centrifugal fan,a frequency converter and an electric reversing valve.It provides different pressures for airtight,watertight and wind resistance during the testing process,and realizes the conversion of positive and negative pressures during the test.
2.◆Rain water sprinkler system
The use of high-precision glass rotor flowmeter,water regulating valve,water diversion valve and stainless steel nozzles provide water-tightness testing with a standard requirement of water spray,which is durable and does not rust.
3.◆Static pressure box
It is mainly composed of main board,left and right frame,upper frame,base,sprinkler,and specimen clamping part,which provides a closed pressure box for physical performance testing of door and window tested specimens.The test pieces of different specifications are detected by selecting partitions of different sizes,which is convenient for the installation of the test pieces.
4.◆Air flow measurement system
The high-precision imported air volume transmitter is used to measure the air permeability of the test piece,and it is installed in the measuring pipeline at the back of the buckle box.
5.◆Air collection box
The main function of the air collection box is to collect air permeability when doing air tightness testing.The box body is made of light and durable materials,light in weight,easy to move and easy to use.
6.◆Electrical control system
It is mainly composed of industrial control computer and electrical parts.After the specimen is clamped,all the test processes are automatically completed by the control system.
7.◆Displacement and deformation measurement system
Three high-precision digital displacement sensors are used to measure the deformation of the test piece in the wind pressure resistance.The displacement sensor is easy to install,and the accuracy of the measurement will not be affected by the pressure of the static pressure box in the experiment.
六、主要技术特点:
1.◆实现新老标准兼容
MC2424型门窗检测仪即可满足现行GB/T106-2008标准,也可满足GB/T7106-2019新标准,极大的方便用户。
2.◆结构设计合理,强度高
静压箱及所有隔板采用金属框架焊接而成,表面为不锈钢板,整体为拼装式结构,该设计结构强度高,可以满足新标准抗风压性能最高±7000Pa的要求。
3.◆装夹试件简单方便
封口板重量轻,易于安装,试件装卡简单方便,可检测不同规格试件。
4.◆喷淋系统采用不锈钢材质
喷淋系统及喷嘴均采用不锈钢材质,不但防腐蚀,寿命长,而且喷嘴布置均匀,喷水量可调节,保证在试件的表面形成连续水膜并达到规定淋水量的要求。
5.◆空气收集箱可检测气密性也可以做安全防护
空气收集箱采用金属框架和金属板焊接而成,表面喷塑处理,整体为拼装式结构。空气收集箱与静压箱装夹一起,可以测量试件的空气渗透量,在做抗风压试验时空气收集箱可以起到安全防护的作用,保证试验安全。
6.◆自动化程度高
系统采用工业控制计算机加可编程变频器控制,整个试验过程,数据采集,计算全部自动完成。是普通计算机加智能仪表控制形式的高级版。控制系统,稳定,可靠,准确,灵活。
7.◆彻底淘汰机械调压阀
采用可编程变频器,实现了对风机无级调速,即无级调压,彻底淘汰机械调压阀的落后方式,实现可调速快捷,方便,准确,降噪,绿色环保。
8.◆大幅度节约能源
采用可编程变频器调速调压,可以根据检测端不同的压力需求,调整输出不同的转速压力,改变了风机一直全负荷工作方式,大大节约了电能。
6.Main technical features:

2.◆Reasonable structure design,high strength
The static pressure box and all partitions are welded by a metal frame,the surface is stainless steel plate,and the whole is an assembled structure.The design has high structural strength and can meet the requirements of the new standard for wind pressure resistance up to±7000Pa.
3.Simple and convenient to clamp the test piece
The sealing plate is light in weight,easy to install,and the test piece is easy and convenient to install.It can detect different specifications of test pieces.
4.The spray system is made of stainless steel
The spray system and nozzles are made of stainless steel,which is not only anti-corrosion and long life,but also the nozzles are evenly arranged and the spray water volume can be adjusted to ensure that a continuous water film is formed on the surface of the test piece and meets the requirements of the specified water spray volume.
5.◆The air collection box can detect air tightness and can also be used for safety protection
The air collection box is welded by a metal frame and a metal plate,and the surface is sprayed with plastic treatment,and the whole is an assembled structure.The air collection box is clamped together with the static pressure box to measure the air penetration of the test piece.The air collection box can play a role of safety protection during the wind pressure test to ensure the safety of the test.
6.◆High degree of automation
The system adopts industrial control computer and programmable frequency converter control,and the whole test process,data acquisition and calculation are all completed automatically.It is an advanced version of ordinary computer plus intelligent instrument control form.The control system is stable,reliable,accurate and flexible.
7.◆Completely eliminate the mechanical pressure regulator
The programmable frequency converter is used to realize the stepless speed regulation of the fan,that is,stepless pressure regulation,which completely eliminates the backward way of the mechanical pressure regulating valve,and realizes the speed adjustment is fast,convenient,accurate,noise reduction,and environmental protection.
8.◆Significantly save energy
The programmable frequency converter is used to adjust the speed and pressure,which can adjust the output speed and pressure according to the different pressure requirements of the detection end,which changes the working mode of the fan at full load and greatly saves electric energy.
