一、产品简介:
目前石膏相组成分析方法常用为烘干失重法,根据烘干前后的质量差,来计算石膏的无水、半水、二水值,来判断石膏的品位。但这种方法测试过程极长,且全程需要人工反复称重和计算,极易产生人为误差。石膏相组成分析仪采用国标烘干法原理为基础,通过自带高精度称量装置及快速均匀的烘干装置,实现石膏相组成的全自动快速分析。
1.Product introduction:
At present,the gypsum phase composition analysis method is commonly used as the drying weight loss method.According to the quality difference before and after drying,the anhydrous,semi-aqueous,and dihydrate values of gypsum are calculated to judge the grade of gypsum.However,the test process of this method is extremely long,and the whole process requires manual weighing and calculation repeatedly,which is very easy to produce human errors.The gypsum phase composition analyzer is based on the principle of the national standard drying method.Through its own high-precision weighing device and a fast and uniform drying device,it realizes the automatic and rapid analysis of the gypsum phase composition.
