　　三、使用说明：

　　1，调三底脚，使台板放平。

　　2，调整导杆与上夹具所需高度，将把手并9琐紧。

　　3，先把试件长端夹紧在上夹具上。

　　4，再把试件短端夹紧在下夹具上。

　　5，挂上秤砣和砝码。

　　Third,instructions for use:

　　四、结构原理：

　　仪器主要有上夹具、下夹具及秤砣砝码等组成，把被测试件按规定固定在上下夹具上进行夹紧，挂上tuo及砝码，使其面纸与石膏芯材的剥离而测出其粘结面所占百分比数据。

　　五、注意事项：

　　试件在40℃±2℃的条件下干燥至恒温后，在测件长边距端头20mm处锯一条缝，把石膏折断，但不得破坏另一面的护面纸，测定背纸与石膏芯粘结的试件，锯缝在试件的背面。将试件固定在护面纸与石膏芯粘结试验仪上，在试件沿锯缝弯折的部分挂上20N荷重（包括夹具质量），慢慢松开手使护面纸剥离，观察每张板上的两个试件护面纸剥离后的状况。
