　　石膏板材厚度测定仪结构及工作原理：

　　握手架开口端上边按了一个百分表。由螺钉锁紧：百分表原有球形测量头换上了盘形测量头，工作时压下百分表的上端压头，可使百分表上的测量杆也同时下降，松手后依靠百分表上面的弹簧复位。握手架开口端上边按了一个百分表，由螺钉锁紧，百分表原有球形测量杆也同时下降。松手后依靠百分表上面的弹簧复位。握手架开口端的下边按了一个测量头，下测量头靠M3推端紧定螺钉支撑及一个M3圆柱头螺钉拉紧，这样便于下测量头调整到与上测量头平行。

　　石膏板材厚度测定仪操作使用与调整使用前应检查百分表上的大小指针是否指向零位，这样可拧送螺钉调整百分表上下位置，然后旋紧，如大指针不在零位可转动百分表壳加以调整。

　　上下测量头接触时，侧面应全面接触，不应倾斜，如有倾斜，可松动M3阀柱头螺钉，然后调整推端紧定螺钉使全面接触，然后将圆柱头螺钉拧紧即可。测量板材厚度时，可将半才嵌入两端测量头之间，上下测量杆，使两测量头与板材紧密接触，此时即可在百分表上直接读出被测板材的厚度，小指针指的为毫米整数，大指针指的为小数。
