　　三、使用方法：

　　♦将三块300300毫米的试件在40士2℃以下烘干至恒重（试件在24小时内的重量变化小于0.1%时即为恒重）在不吸湿的条件下，冷却至室温进行试验。

　　♦将仪器安放于水平的平台上，调节螺钉观察水准使仪器处于水平。

　　♦试验时，先用专用卡尺将砂箱内砂子刮平，纵横两个方向刮完，滑线指针即会在砂面上划出300300的凹线将试件对准刻线平整地放在砂面上。专用卡尺上设有调节板，松开螺钉即根据被测石膏的厚度不同，调节相对高度，以保证钢球至石膏板顶面50Omm或1000mm的高度。

　　♦本仪器落球高度为可调试，设有500mm和1000mm两档高度，作9mm厚石膏板测试时用500mm高度，小杆不必拉出，但必须注意销钉是否卡入小杆端部槽内（可以转动小杆凭手感判断）。作12mm板测试，即将调节套松开，拉出小杆，注意小杆上的红线必须对准观察孔尖，拉出后将销轴插入孔内，同上注意销钉必须卡入至小杆端部槽内，旋紧调节套，以下即可作冲击试验。

　　♦将磁座开关置于开的位置一即使磁路闭合，吸上钢球，再使磁座开关旋至关的位置，使钢球自由落下，测量石膏板冲击后的凹坑直径。
