　　一、石膏表面吸水率测定仪概述：

　　可勃吸收性测定仪是根据GBT 9775-2008纸面石膏板,规定的基本参数和要求而设计的。此标准适用于测定各种纸或纸板表面的吸水性。但不适用于准确评价纸或纸板的书写性能。

　　纸与纸板表面吸水量（Cobb）值：单位面积的纸和纸板在一定压力、温度下，在规定时间内表面所吸收的水量，以g/㎡计。

　　具体公式如下：C=（G2-G1）×100。

　　C-可勃吸水值；

　　G2-吸水后称出之试样质量

　　G1-吸水前称出之试样质量。

　　纸和纸板吸收性测定仪是纸和纸板表面吸水性试验的常规仪器，亦称为纸张表面吸收重量测定仪。这种仪器采用吸收性试验多种方法中的可勃（Cobb）试验法，因此也称为可勃吸收性测定仪。

　　I.Overview of Water Absorption Tester for Gypsum Surface

　　Cobble absorption tester is designed according to GBT 9775-2008 paper surface gypsum board,specified basic parameters and requirements.This standard is applicable to determine the water absorption of various paper or cardboard surfaces.However,it is not suitable for accurately evaluating the writing performance of paper or cardboard.

　　Cobb value of paper and paperboard surface:The amount of water absorbed by the surface of paper and paperboard per unit area under a certain pressure and temperature within a specified time,in g/㎡.

　　The specific formula is as follows:C=(G2-G1)×100.

　　In the formula:

　　C-cobble water absorption value;

　　G2-Weight of sample after water absorption

　　G1-Weight of the sample before water absorption.

　　Paper and cardboard absorbency tester is a conventional instrument for paper and cardboard surface water absorption test,also known as paper surface absorption weight tester.This instrument uses the Cobb test method among various methods of absorbance test,so it is also called the absorbability analyzer.

　　二、石膏表面吸水率测定仪技术参数:

　　1.金属圆筒内截面积为100±0.2㎝（相应内径为112.8±0.2mm），圆筒高为50mm，圆筒环面与试样接触部分应光滑。

　　2.吸水纸定量为200～250g/㎡，其吸收速度为75mm/10min。当吸水纸单层定量小于200～250 g/㎡时，可以用多层叠加以满足要求。

　　3.试验用水量：100mm±5ml。

　　4.尺寸与重量：尺寸：<250×300×420（mm），重量：15kg

　　Technical parameters of gypsum surface water absorption tester:
