　　砌墙砖振动试验台根据GB/T 25044-2012《砌墙砖抗压强度试样制备设备通用要求》技术规程设计生产的新型磁力振动设备。由上海荣计达仪器科技有限公司提供，振动台主要由磁盘、台面、底架、振动器、弹簧等部件组成，同过焊接组成一体，振动器位于台面底部中间位置。起着振实振稳的作用。

　　砌墙砖振动试验台是一种在普通振动台基础上的更新改良产品。本产品外形规格为1000×1000mm重量是原普通振动台的1.7倍，台面下方附有磁盘，通电上磁，磁盘吸力可达到75千克力左右，断电后磁力自动消失。这样既免去了安装时必打地基的程序，又解决了实验过程中须将试件紧固在台面上的问题。并且开关设有定时装置，使用起来更加简单方便。

　　Wall-mounted brick magnetic vibration table is a new and improved product based on ordinary vibration table.The external dimensions of this product are 1000×1000mm,which is 1.7 times the weight of the original ordinary vibration table.A magnetic disk is attached below the tabletop.The magnetic disk is energized and the suction force of the disk can reach about 75 kilograms of force.The magnetic force disappears automatically when the power is turned off.This not only eliminates the need to lay a foundation during installation,but also solves the problem of having to fasten the test piece to the table during the experiment.And the switch is provided with a timing device,which is more simple and convenient to use.

　　砌墙砖振动试验台安装与使用：

　　★无需打地基，但放振动台地面一定要平整，以免偏心振动数据不准。

　　★动力电压380V（三火一零），必须接好地线，并经常检查振动器上螺栓有无松动。

　　★按技术要求必须平底试模上台，放置要与台面相对称，使负荷平衡，并且注意定点磁位置。若无平底试模要先将试模地面打磨后装料再置于台面上（但效果仍不及平底试模）。

　　Installation and use of magnetic vibration table for masonry bricks:

　　★No foundation is required,but the ground of the shaking table must be flat to avoid inaccurate vibration data.

　　★Power voltage 380V(three fires and one zero),the ground wire must be connected,and the bolts on the vibrator are often checked for looseness.

　　★According to the technical requirements,flat-bottom test molds must be placed on the stage,placed symmetrically to the table to balance the load,and pay attention to the fixed-point magnetic position.If there is no flat-bottom test mold,the ground of the test mold must be ground and then loaded on the table(but the effect is still not as good as the flat-bottom test mold).

　　砌墙砖振动试验台时间控制器使用说明：

　　★按仪器标示输入输出线对应接好（380V）。设定时间的拨码开关定到所需数值。单位是“秒”。

　　★开启电源开关，指示灯亮，计时显示器为“0”说明仪器工作正常，处于等待状态。

　　★按启动按钮，这时振动台开始工作，当显示时间与设定时间相等时，仪器便自动停止，既而制动，时间约为15秒工作完成。

　　★如再工作，需再按下启动按钮即可。如运动中需停机，需按“暂停”按钮，仪器便自动制动。

　　Instructions for use of wall clock magnetic shaker time controller:

　　★Connect the corresponding input and output wires(380V)according to the instrument label.Set the DIP switch for the time to the desired value.The unit is"seconds".

　　★Turn on the power switch,the indicator light is on,and the timing display is"0",indicating that the instrument is working normally and is in a waiting state.

　　★Press the start button,and the shaker starts to work.When the display time is equal to the set time,the instrument will automatically stop and then brake.The time is about 15 seconds to complete the work.

　　★If you want to work again,you need to press the start button again.If you need to stop during exercise,you need to press the"pause"button,and the instrument will automatically brake.

　　砌墙砖振动试验台注意：

　　★电源电磁电机输出输入线不要接错。

　　★停机制动过程中，严禁启动，制动完毕后方能启动，以免损坏机器。

　　★使用过程中，若连续运输时间过长，易出现台面温度过热现象，应停机散热后方可继续工作，否则易损坏磁盘电磁效应。

　　★在仪器运行当中，不能拨动拨码开关，以免影响定时精度。

　　★振动完毕后应关闭仪器电源以防误动。

　　★Do not connect the power input and output wires of the electromagnetic motor incorrectly.

　　★It is strictly forbidden to start during stopping and braking,and it can be started after braking,so as not to damage the machine.

　　★During use,if the continuous transportation time is too long,the temperature of the table will be overheated,and the machine should be stopped to cool down and continue to work,otherwise the magnetic effect of the disk will be damaged.

　　★During the operation of the instrument,you cannot toggle the dial switch to avoid affecting the timing accuracy.

　　★After the vibration is completed,the power of the instrument should be turned off to prevent malfunction.
