　　点荷载强度试验是岩石类的一个指标，可测定试样的点荷载强度以及强度指标的各向异性，即不同点载荷强度中大与小值之比。

　　该点荷载试验仪采用便携式轻巧型结构，上部采用精密导向装置，保证试验时上下压头无偏移。采用顶尖及碎块加载，故岩石破坏的压力较常规压力机所具的压力小；而且试样无需加工成规则试件，适合现场测定使用，便于进行低强度岩石的测定。加载采用油压千斤顶，双指针压力表显示试验力值（数显式点荷载仪采用精密压力传感器及测力仪表读数），能快速地测定岩石的抗拉及抗压强度。这是一种具有方便、经济、迅速优点的简单的科学测试工具，可用于煤矿、地质、水工、交通、建筑等工程作岩力学性质试验。

　　The point load strength test is an index of rocks,which can determine the point load strength of the sample and the anisotropy of the strength index,that is,the ratio of the large and small values of the load strength at different points.

　　The point load tester adopts a portable and lightweight structure,and the upper part adopts a precision guiding device to ensure that the upper and lower indenters do not shift during the test.The top and fragments are used to load,so the pressure of rock failure is lower than that of a conventional press;and the sample does not need to be processed into a regular test piece,which is suitable for on-site measurement and use,and is convenient for the measurement of low-strength rocks.The loading adopts a hydraulic jack,and a double pointer pressure gauge displays the test force value(digital display point load meter adopts a precision pressure sensor and a force measuring instrument to read),which can quickly determine the tensile and compressive strength of the rock.This is a simple scientific testing tool with the advantages of convenience,economy and speed.It can be used in coal mine,geology,hydraulic engineering,transportation,construction and other projects for rock mechanics property testing.
