　　Emulsified Asphalt Wet Wheel Abrasion Tester is a testing instrument for testing asphalt.It is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the emulsified asphalt slurry seal mix after molding.It is used to determine the good asphalt content of the slurry seal mix with the load wheel rolling test.

　　乳化沥青湿轮磨耗仪是按照中华人民共和国行业标准JTJ052-2000《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中T0752-1993《乳化沥青稀浆封层混合料湿轮磨耗试验》规定的要求设计制造的。

　　乳化沥青湿轮磨耗仪使用方法：

　　★使用前的准备

　　1、使用SYD-0752湿轮磨耗试验仪前应仔细阅读使用说明书。

　　2、仔细阅读中华人民共和国行业标准T0752-1993《乳化沥青稀浆封层混合料湿轮磨耗试验》，了解并熟悉标准所阐述的准备工作、试验步骤和试验要求。

　　3、按T0752-1993标准所规定的要求，准备好试验用的各种试验器具、材料等。

　　4、检查本仪器的工作状态，应符合本说明书所规定的工作环境和工作条件。

　　5、检查本仪器的外壳，必须处于良好的接地状态，接地线必须确保良好接地。

　　★试验方法

　　1、从烘箱中取出试件，冷却至室温，称重G1。

　　2、称重后置于（25±1）℃的水浴中(60～70)min。

　　3、从水溶液中取出试件置于盛样盘中，然后固定在磨耗机的升降托架上，转动升降手轮，升降托架上升到试件顶起磨头。

　　4、在盛样盘中装入温度保持(25±1)℃的水。将试件浸入水中，使水深至少超过试件6mm，

　　5、打开总电源开关，接通仪器工作电源。

　　6、将计时计数器设置工作时间为5min，按下运行按钮开始运行，对试件进行研磨。注意每次磨耗作业均应使用新的橡胶磨耗面。

　　注：计数器的设定与工作过程见下面第五条。

　　7、预定时间或预定次数一到，磨耗机自动关机，转动升降手轮，落下升降托架，取出试件。

　　8、将试件冲洗，再放入(60±3)℃的烘箱中烘至恒温。

　　9、取出冷却至室温，并称重G2。

　　10、操作前后均应对机体的紧固件进行检查，防止松动，在磨耗机运行过程中，如有异常响声应立即关机。

　　Method for using emulsified asphalt wet wheel abrasion meter:

　　★Preparation before use

　　1.Read the instruction manual carefully before using SYD-0752 Wet Wheel Wear Tester.

　　2.Read the industry standard of the People's Republic of China T0752-1993"Wet Wheel Abrasion Test of Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Sealing Mixture"carefully,and be familiar with the preparations,test procedures and test requirements described in the standard.

　　3.According to the requirements stipulated in the T0752-1993 standard,prepare various test instruments and materials for testing.

　　4.Check the working status of the instrument,which should meet the working environment and working conditions specified in this manual.

　　5.Check the case of the instrument,it must be in a good grounding state,and the ground wire must be well grounded.

　　★Test method

　　1.Remove the test piece from the oven,cool to room temperature,and weigh G1.

　　2.After weighing,place in a water bath at(25±1)℃for(60～70)min.

　　3.Take out the test piece from the aqueous solution and place it in the sample tray,and then fix it on the lifting bracket of the abrasion machine.Turn the lifting handwheel to raise the lifting bracket to the test piece to lift the grinding head.

　　4.Fill the sample pan with water at(25±1)℃.Immerse the test piece in water to a depth of at least 6 mm,

　　5.Turn on the main power switch and turn on the instrument's working power.

　　6.Set the working time of the timer counter to 5min,press the run button to start running,and grind the test piece.Note that a new rubber abrasion surface should be used for each abrasion operation.

　　Note:For the setting and working process of the counter,see Article 5 below.

　　7.When the predetermined time or number of times arrives,the abrasion machine will automatically shut down,turn the lifting handwheel,drop the lifting bracket,and remove the test piece.

　　8.Rinse the test piece and dry it in an oven at(60±3)℃to a constant temperature.

　　9.Remove and cool to room temperature,and weigh G2.

　　10.The body's fasteners should be inspected before and after operation to prevent loosening.During the operation of the abrasion machine,if there is an abnormal noise,it should be shut down immediately.

　　乳化沥青湿轮磨耗仪操作规程：

　　★＞”键为右移键，按动此键，可移动需设定值的位置。

　　★“∧”键为加键，当要改变设定值的数值时，可按动此键，数值可从0开始加到9。

　　★按动“PAU”键约10秒钟，数字设定值一栏的数码管闪烁。

　　★按动“＞”键，选择需改变数值的位置，比如从左边一位开始，再按动“∧”键确定所需的数值。

　　显示值，显示加法计时值⑵设定值，设置计时时间⑶功能键

　　★完毕后再按动“＞”键，选择二位、第三位、第四位，用按动“∧”键的方法设定好各位的设定值。

　　★按“RST”键，计时值清零，计时器做好计时准备。

　　★按动操作面板上的运行键，仪器开始计时操作，直到计时值等于设定值时，计时停止，仪器停止工作。

　　★若设定值不变而需重新开始工作，只需再按一次“RST”键即可，计时从第6条开始重新工作。

　　Emulsified Asphalt Wet Wheel Abrasion Tester Operating Procedures:

　　★>"key is the right shift key.Press this key to move the position to be set.

　　★The"∧"key is a plus key.When you want to change the value of the set value,you can press this key to increase the value from 0 to 9.

　　★Press the"PAU"key for about 10 seconds,the digital tube in the column of digital set value blinks.

　　★Press the"＞"key to select the position where the value needs to be changed,for example,starting from the left digit,and then press the"∧"key to determine the required value.

　　Display value,display addition timing value⑵Set value,set timing time⑶Function key

　　★After finishing,press the">"key to select the second,third,and fourth digits,and then set the settings for everyone by pressing the"∧"key.

　　★Press the"RST"key to clear the timer value and the timer is ready for timing.

　　★Press the run key on the operation panel,the instrument starts timing operation,and when the timing value is equal to the set value,the timing stops and the instrument stops working.

　　★If the set value does not change and the work needs to be restarted,simply press the"RST"key again,and the timing will restart from Article 6.

　　乳化沥青湿轮磨耗仪计算方法：

　　乳化沥青稀浆封层混合料的磨耗值按下式计算：

　　式中：WTAT-----磨耗值（g/m2）；

　　G1------磨耗前的试件重（g）；

　　G2------磨耗后的试件重（g）；

　　A------磨耗头胶管的磨耗面积0.034m2。

　　Calculation method of emulsified asphalt wet wheel abrasion meter:

　　The abrasion value of the emulsified asphalt slurry sealing compound is calculated as follows:

　　In the formula:WTAT-----wear value(g/m2);

　　G1------weight of test piece before abrasion(g);

　　G2------Weight of test specimen after abrasion(g);

　　A------Abrasion area of abrasion head hose is 0.034m2.

　　乳化沥青湿轮磨耗仪注意事项：

　　1、工作电源为AC380V、50Hz，使用前必须按要求配备好配电箱或电源插座，外壳必须确保良好接地，注意使用安全。

　　2、本仪器的主要工作部件为高速旋转装置，仪器工作时请不要将手、头（头发）伸入高速旋转区域，防止发生意外！

　　仪器使用3个月左右应加油一次，加油时拆下仪器顶部盖板对内部链条齿轮涂抹润滑脂，拆下磨头上部主轴螺母对内部齿轮涂抹润滑脂。

　　2、每次使用后应将磨头及机体上的水渍擦试干净，以防生锈。

　　3、每次试验必须用新胶管，或将原胶管翻转180°后使用。

　　警告：仪器出现故障时应立即切断电源，请专业技术人员检修并排除故障后方可继续使用，防止发生意外！

　　Note for emulsified asphalt wet wheel abrasion tester:

　　1.The working power source is AC380V,50Hz.Before use,it must be equipped with a power distribution box or power socket according to the requirements.The enclosure must be well grounded and pay attention to safety.

　　2.The main working part of the instrument is a high-speed rotation device.When the instrument is in operation,do not put your hands and head(hair)into the high-speed rotation area to prevent accidents!

　　The instrument should be refueled about 3 months after use.When refueling,remove the top cover of the instrument and apply grease to the internal chain gear.Remove the upper spindle nut of the grinding head and apply grease to the internal gear.

　　2.After each use,clean the water stain on the grinding head and the body to prevent rust.

　　3.New hoses must be used for each test,or the original hoses must be turned 180°before use.

　　WARNING:When the instrument fails,the power should be cut off immediately.Please have professional technicians repair and troubleshoot before continuing to use,to prevent accidents!
