　　Coating abrasiveness tester is a device used to evaluate the superiority and inferiority of primer and putty abrasiveness.The device polishes the primer and putty samples to be measured back and forth,and the number of times of grinding can be directly read by a counter.According to the load weight,the number of times of grinding and the degree of wear,the wear resistance of the primer and putty can be evaluated.The instrument uses magnetic chucks,which facilitates the loading and unloading of samples.

　　涂层打磨性测定仪操作说明：

　　★顺时针旋转永磁吸盘边上的内六角扳手至“—”位置，将涂有试样并已干燥的50×120mm的马口铁板放在吸盘**，逆时针旋转内六角扳手至“+”位置，此时试样**被吸附在吸盘上了。

　　★将金相砂纸宽60×120mm作为打磨用砂纸，松开打磨头两旁锁紧螺母旋转紧纸圆柱（即中间开槽的轴棒），将打磨用砂纸收紧固定在打磨头上，然后旋紧锁紧螺母，再将打磨头放到本测定仪的摆臂上。如欲增加荷重量可将附加砝码置于打磨头上。

　　★插好电源，用置数器置数，选择欲磨擦的次数，通常置数为50（单程磨擦次数为100）；转动调速旋钮，选择所需磨擦速度（推荐80次/分，）。

　　★打开电源开关，机器开始工作，到达预定次数后，机器自动停止，顺时针旋转内六角扳手至“—”位置，取下试样观察。

　　★机器运转中如欲停机可直接关闭电源开关，再要继续工作再打开电源开关即可。

　　★机器自动停止后，只需按置数器上的“清零（R）”按钮，机器即可再次运转。

　　Coating abrasiveness tester operating instructions:

　　★Turn the Allen wrench on the side of the permanent magnet sucker clockwise to the“—”position,place the sample plate and dried 50×120mm tinplate in the center of the sucker,and turn the allen wrench counterclockwise to the“+”position.At this time,the sample**is adsorbed on the suction cup.

　　★Using metallographic sandpaper with a width of 60×120mm as the sanding sandpaper,loosen the lock nuts on both sides of the sanding head and rotate the tight paper cylinder(that is,the slotted shaft rod in the middle),tighten the sanding sanding paper on the sanding head,and then rotate Tighten the lock nut,and then place the grinding head on the swing arm of the analyzer.If you want to increase the load,put additional weight on the grinding head.

　　★Plug the power,set it with the counter,select the number of times you want to rub,usually set to 50(100 times for one-way friction);turn the speed control knob,select the desired friction speed(recommended 80 times/minute,)

　　★Turn on the power switch and the machine will start to work.After reaching the preset number of times,the machine will stop automatically.Turn the hexagonal wrench clockwise to the"-"position,remove the sample for observation.

　　★If the machine is to be stopped during operation,you can directly turn off the power switch,and then continue to work and then turn on the power switch.

　　★After the machine stops automatically,just press the"Zero(R)"button on the counter,and the machine can run again.

　　打磨性测定仪注意事项：

　　1、未装试样和打磨砂纸时，严禁开机。

　　2、试验结束后应尽快切断电源

　　Note for abrasiveness tester:

　　1.It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the sample and sanding paper are not installed.

　　2.The power should be cut off as soon as possible after the test.
