　　涂层耐溶剂测定仪使用说明：

　　★接通电源，打开电源开关，按标准要求设定涂擦次数，按动置数开关，使计数显示设定值，然后按动启动开关，仪器将开始工作，（若打开电源后，有数值显示，请按复位开关）计数显示开始工作，到设定值时，仪器自动停止工作，若需要中途停机，按动暂停开关即停。

　　★按动复位开关将刷子臂连同部件卸下，取出试样，目测擦洗处是否有显露内层（即是否有露底）现象以三块试样中性能**差着为试验结果。

　　Instructions for coating solvent resistance tester:

　　★Turn on the power,turn on the power switch,set the number of rubbing times according to the standard requirements,press the set switch to make the count display the set value,and then press the start switch,the instrument will start to work(if there is a value after turning on the power Display,please press the reset switch)The counting display starts to work.When the set value is reached,the instrument will automatically stop working.If you need to stop midway,press the pause switch to stop.

　　★Press the reset switch to remove the brush arm and its components,remove the sample,and visually inspect the scrubbing area to reveal whether the inner layer(that is,whether there is a bottom)is exposed.The performance of the three samples is the worst.

　　涂层耐溶剂测定仪注意事项：

　　★仪器在正常工作中，计数器不得随意设定。

　　★仪器应水平放置后方可作试验。

　　★仪器使用较长时间后应将仪器上盖部件拆开，向变速箱内注入机油。在两导杠的油孔中亦注入机油，但不应过量。

　　★试验完毕后，应将剩余溶剂倒出，其余部分擦洗干净，以防生锈。

　　Note for coating solvent resistance tester:

　　★In normal operation of the instrument,the counter must not be set arbitrarily.

　　★The instrument should be placed horizontally before testing.

　　★After using the instrument for a long time,the upper cover parts of the instrument should be disassembled,and oil should be injected into the gearbox.Oil is also injected into the oil holes of the two guide bars,but it should not be excessive.

　　★After the test is completed,the remaining solvent should be poured out,and the rest should be scrubbed to prevent rust.
