　　涂料耐洗刷测定仪操作说明：

　　★预先将毛刷放在20℃水中浸泡30分钟，浸泡深度为12mm然后取出毛刷用力压干，再在0.5%的皂液浸泡10分钟。

　　★将试板放在工作盘内，用两端试板压脚⑥将其固定。

　　★在停机情况下，提起刷子联接提钮⑤便可更换刷子体③开机即可使用。

　　★接通电源，计数器显示“0”或“1”，按预置键，是达到所需次数，然后按一下“清零键”，是机器处于等待状态

　　★将0.5%浓度的皂液放入储水筒，打开嘴旋塞向试板滴注皂液，一切工作**绪，按启动开关，刷子开始运动，计数器自动计数，洗刷过程中不断地滴注皂液，保持试板湿润

　　★观察试板中间10厘米处有无磨损及露底现象，中途欲停机，则按下停止开关，停止洗刷

　　★当试件未露底，计数器已达到预定值而停机时买入想继续进行试验，只要按计数器复位开关，使计数器回零（否则启动不了），再按启动开关，计数器重新开始计数，累计实验结果。

　　★如果用于检验产品，中需将预置值拨到合格值上，启动机器，道道预定值自动停机，检查试板是否露底，以此判断产品是否合格

　　Instructions for coating scrub resistance tester:

　　★Immerse the brush in water at 20℃for 30 minutes,soak the depth of 12mm,then take out the brush and press it dry,then soak in 0.5%soap solution for 10 minutes.

　　★Place the test plate in the work plate and fix it with the test plate presser⑥at both ends.

　　★In the case of shutdown,lift the brush connection knob⑤to replace the brush body③Turn it on and use.

　　★Turn on the power,the counter displays"0"or"1",press the preset key to reach the required number of times,and then press the"clear key",the machine is in a waiting state

　　★Put the 0.5%strength soap solution in the water storage tank,open the mouth cock and drip the soap solution onto the test board.Everything works.Press the start switch,the brush starts to move,the counter automatically counts,and the soap is continuously dripped during the washing process.Liquid to keep the test plate moist

　　★Observe whether there is abrasion and exposed bottom at 10 cm in the middle of the test plate.If you want to stop the machine midway,press the stop switch to stop scrubbing.

　　★When the test piece is not exposed and the counter has reached the predetermined value and the machine is stopped,the buyer wants to continue the test.As long as the counter reset switch is pressed,the counter is reset to zero(otherwise it cannot be started),and then the start switch is pressed,the counter restarts counting and the experiment is accumulated result.

　　★If it is used to test the product,it is necessary to dial the preset value to the qualified value,start the machine,and the predetermined value will automatically stop,and check whether the test plate is exposed to determine whether the product is qualified.

　　QFS涂料耐洗刷测定仪注意事项：

　　1试验中严禁拨动计数器上的各种按键，以免损坏计数器。

　　2试验中欲停止，按下停止按钮（10）刷子则停止工作。

　　3底板没露底漆，而计数器已达预定值，并自动停机。若需继续工作，只要按复位键，再按工作按钮，试验将重新开始，若改变设定次数，按数字键后，必须按复位键。

　　4试验过程中，特别是装卸试板、灌装介质时应防止介质流入仪器内，（上盖中部开口处尤为注意）。若不慎流入，少量时可等其自干，若量大时，应打开上盖将流入介质擦干。使用前应用试电笔或其他手段检测，仪器外表勿带电使用。

　　5试验结束后应将仪器各部位清洗干净，以备下次使用。

　　Note for QFS coating scrub resistance tester:

　　1 It is strictly forbidden to dial the various buttons on the counter during the test,so as not to damage the counter.

　　2 To stop during the test,press the stop button(10)to stop the brush.

　　3 No primer is exposed on the bottom plate,and the counter has reached the predetermined value,and it will automatically stop.If you need to continue working,just press the reset key and then press the work button,the test will restart.If you change the setting times,you must press the reset key after pressing the number keys.

　　4 During the test,especially when loading and unloading the test plate and filling the medium,prevent the medium from flowing into the instrument(especially pay attention to the middle opening of the upper cover).If it flows in accidentally,wait for it to dry on a small amount.If the amount is large,open the upper cover and wipe the flowing media dry.Before use,test pen or other means should be used for testing.

　　5 After the test,all parts of the instrument should be cleaned for the next use.

　　QFS涂料耐洗刷测定仪维护保养：

　　1仪器使用半年后，应检查变速箱润滑情况。松开刷架（4）中部两个M5螺钉，取下刷架，松开上盖四角螺钉，并向左翻开，更换变速箱内机油。

　　2仪器滑动架导管孔内注入高粘度机油。

　　QFS Coating Scrubber Tester Maintenance:

　　1 After using the instrument for half a year,check the lubrication of the gearbox.Loosen the two M5 screws in the middle of the brush holder(4),remove the brush holder,loosen the four screws on the upper cover,and open it to the left to change the oil in the transmission.

　　2Inject the high-viscosity motor oil into the conduit hole of the instrument sliding frame.
