　　漆膜划痕试验仪工作原理：

　　本仪器主要是由划针架和工作台组成，划针架上的划针保证垂直地作用于涂膜样板上（样板固定在工作台上的实验台上，可横向或纵向移动；横向移动可为机动也可在关闭电源后手动，纵向移动为手动）。

　　在接通电源后，电源开关的红色指示灯亮说明仪器电源接通。此时如返程开关处于实验状态，工作台由右向左移动，划针在“实验”行程中和样板接触；返回行程（返程开关拨回“返回”状态）中，工作台由左向右移动，划针被抬起不接触样板，变换划针架上所加的砝码，可测出在不同重量下能否划破漆膜，用划破漆膜时所需的A小砝码重量来判断涂膜的抗划破性。

　　★涂膜样板：按GB9271—88制备，规格为：120*50mm

　　QHZ漆膜划痕试验仪操作及使用方法：

　　★准备

　　★按GB1727—79要求准备120*50mm（0.2—0.3mm厚）平滑马口铁或按展品规定要求的底板制备漆膜。

　　★检查仪器

　　（1）接通电源（220V）

　　（2）按下总开关（电源开关）然后拨动钮子开关至“实验”行程，试验台横向移动（向左）至左端停止，然后将钮子开关拨向“返回”行程，试验台横向移动（向右）至右端停止。注：钮子开关中间位置可急“停”。

　　（3）按监测扭一下（点动）电表指针动，同时划破指示灯亮正常。

　　★在装划针处入一枚新划针，该划针应现用30倍放大镜检查针头，不得有划痕、园、锈斑等缺陷，划针安装的高低要适当。

　　★将样板夹入试验台的样板夹中，涂膜朝上，转动纵向手柄使试验台移至远端（试验台和工作台平齐）为初始位置。

　　★在砝码台上放入A小的砝码（50g）或予计划破涂膜的略小的负荷砝码。

　　★Ready

　　★Prepare 120*50mm(0.2-0.3mm thick)smooth tinplate according to GB1727-79 requirements or prepare paint film according to the requirements of exhibits.

　　★Inspection equipment

　　(1)Turn on the power(220V)

　　(2)Press the main switch(power switch)and then turn the knob to the"Experiment"stroke.The test bench moves laterally(to the left)to the left end to stop,then turn the knob switch to the"Return"stroke.Move(to the right)to the right end to stop.Note:The middle position of the toggle switch can be“stopped”urgently.

　　(3)Press the monitor and twist(jog)the meter pointer to move,and at the same time,the indicator light is normal.

　　★Insert a new stylus into the stylus.The stylus should be inspected with a 30x magnifying glass.There should be no defects such as scratches,gardens,rust spots,etc.The height of the stylus should be appropriate.

　　★Clamp the sample plate into the sample plate of the test bench with the coating film facing upwards and turn the longitudinal handle to move the test bench to the far end(the test bench and the work bench are flush)as the initial position.

　　★Put a small A weight(50g)or a slightly smaller load weight to break the coating film on the weight table.

　　QHZ漆膜划痕试验仪测试：

　　★扳动工作钮开关至“实验”位置，划针在样板上划过，用眼观察是否划破，如划破时，电表指针动，同时划破指示灯亮，如未划破，扳工作开关至“返回”，使试验台返回停在右端，然后微动纵向移动手柄（正向旋进）使试验台移动一点（划出的**条划痕不至于重叠在A条划痕上即可），同时还需要把划针换一枚新的检查方法同前，并在砝码台上换上较重一个等级的砝码这**做好了划**条划痕的一切准备。

　　★重复上述的测试，直到划破涂膜为止（此时划破灯亮同时电表指针动，亦可用10倍放大镜观察划痕是否划破涂膜露出底板，划破部分的划痕长度应大于20mm）这时砝码的重量即为涂膜抗划值（该方法的测定值）。

　　★用该测定负荷对原先的样板及一块同样新的样板二者重复此测试步骤所得结果相符之后，则确定划透样板途程的，这A小负荷值为该种涂膜的抗划值。

　　当所测得负荷值不同时，则取三次的负荷值的平均值为该种涂膜的抗划值。

　　QHZ paint film scratch tester test

　　★Repeat the above test until the coating film is scratched(At this time,the light is on and the meter pointer moves.You can also use a 10x magnifying glass to observe whether the scratch has scratched the coating film and exposed the bottom plate.The length of the scratched part should be greater than 20mm)At this time,the weight of the weight is the scratch resistance value of the coating film(measured by this method).

　　★After using this measurement load to repeat the test procedure for both the original sample and an equally new sample,it is determined that the sample passes through the course.The small load value of A is the anti-scratch value of the coating film.

　　When the measured load values are different,the average value of the three load values is taken as the scratch resistance value of the coating film.
