　　自动动态抗开裂测试仪工作原理：

　　★由于建筑物的不均匀的干湿变化、热胀冷缩、结构沉降及设计、施工上的不完整等原因,几乎所有建筑都不同程度地存在表面毛细裂缝、表面贯通裂缝、结构性裂缝。

　　★外墙裂缝不仅大大降低了对建筑物外墙的保护作用，也给涂饰面的美观造成了一定的影响。为了弥补上述之缺陷，在涂刷外墙乳胶漆之前，必先在墙体涂刮一层外墙腻子；而外墙腻子的质量优劣，则是关键之关键。

　　QDK自动动态抗开裂测试仪使用试验方法：

　　★将型框放在200×150（mm）的石棉水泥板上。在将配制好的腻子涂刮在型框内。

　　★将型框取下，涂刮好的石棉水泥板应在标准环境下养护7d。每一样品应同时制备3块试板。

　　★将养护好的试板卡固在本仪器的工作台面上。启动电源开关后在启动上升开关，此时刃口缓慢上升。

　　★刃口继续缓慢上升。此时应注意观察石棉板的空白区域，当发现裂纹出现后，使用立式读数显微镜观察并随时记录裂纹宽度，至腻子层开裂前为止。启动停止开关后，刃口不再上升。

　　★记录腻子层开裂前，石棉水泥板裂缝的A大宽度。**到0.02 mm。

　　★启动下降开关，使刃口退回原位。

　　★松开试板卡固螺母及压板，取下试板。在放入另一块试板，重复上述试验步骤。

　　★Place the frame on an asbestos-cement board of 200×150(mm).Squeeze the putty into the frame.

　　★Fix the cured test plate on the work surface of the instrument.After the power switch is turned on,the rising switch is started,and the cutting edge rises slowly at this time.

　　★Loosen the retaining nut and pressure plate of the test plate and remove the test plate.After placing another test plate,repeat the above test steps.
