旋转粘度计工作原理:
本仪器为数显粘度计,由电机经变速带动转子作恒速旋转。当转子在液体中旋转时,液体会产生作用在转子上的粘度力矩,该粘性力矩也越大;
反之,液体的粘度越小,该粘性力矩也越小。该作用在转子上的粘性力矩由传感器检测出来,经计算机处理后得出被测液体的粘度。
本仪器采用微电脑技术,能方便地设定量程(转子号及转速),对传感器检测到的数据进行数字处理,并且在显示屏上清晰地显示出测量时设定的转子号、转速、被测液体的粘度值及其满量程百分比值等内容。
配有4个转子(1、2、3、4号)和4档转速(6、12、30、60转/分),由此组成的16种组合,可以测量出测定范围内的各种液体的粘度。
Working principle of NDJ-5S rotary viscometer:
This instrument is a digital viscometer.The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through variable speed.When the rotor rotates in the liquid,the liquid will produce a viscosity moment acting on the rotor,and the viscosity moment will be greater;
Conversely,the smaller the viscosity of the liquid,the smaller the viscosity moment.The viscous moment acting on the rotor is detected by the sensor,and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after processing by the computer.
This instrument uses microcomputer technology,which can easily set the range(rotor number and speed),digitally process the data detected by the sensor,and clearly display the rotor number,speed,and measured value set during measurement on the display.The viscosity value of a liquid and its percentage of full scale.
