　　AFA-II自动涂膜机使用方法：

　　★接好电源。

　　★将待涂布底材（如：黑白纸）平放在涂布底座上，打开真空泵开关到“吸附”位置，这时，涂布底材即被吸附在涂布底座上了。（注意：当待涂布底材尺寸小于可真空尺寸时，应用其它纸张或用透明胶条遮盖多余的真空小孔，以免待涂布底材吸附不牢固，造成涂布失败）。

　　★将横向推杆放置在涂布底座两侧的固定杆上。

　　★选择适当的涂布长度，按下“复位”按钮，使横向推杆到达涂布的起始位置。

　　★将湿膜制备器放置在横向推杆的前方。

　　★选择适当的涂布速度。

　　★直接在湿膜制备器前面放置适量的待涂布涂料。

　　★按下“开始”按钮，开始涂布。

　　★待涂布停止后，将剩余涂料刮入废料收集盘。

　　★关闭真空泵，取下制好的样板，以待下次操作。

　　AFA-II automatic coating machine use method:

　　★Connect the power.

　　★Lay the substrate to be coated(such as black and white paper)flat on the coating base and turn on the vacuum pump switch to the"adsorption"position.At this time,the coating substrate is adsorbed on the coating base.(Note:when the size of the substrate to be coated is smaller than the vacuum-capable size,use other paper or cover the excess vacuum holes with transparent tape to prevent the substrate to be coated from adsorbing weakly and causing coating failure)

　　★Place the horizontal push rods on the fixed rods on both sides of the coating base.

　　★Select the appropriate coating length and press the"Reset"button to make the horizontal pusher reach the starting position of coating.

　　★Place the wet film preparation device in front of the lateral push rod.

　　★Select the appropriate coating speed.

　　★Place an appropriate amount of coating material directly in front of the wet film maker.

　　★Press the"Start"button to start coating.

　　★After the coating stops,scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection tray.

　　★Turn off the vacuum pump and remove the prepared template for the next operation.

　　AFA-II自动涂膜机注意事项：

　　★在设备运转过程中不能随便调节涂布长度的旋钮，否则会造成再次开机时滑杆不动作，一旦发生这种情况，可以把滑杆推到后，再开机，故障即可消除。

　　★涂布底座应保持清洁，有杂物粘在上面，以免影响涂布底座的平面度，从而影响下次涂布；若不慎将涂料滴落在涂布底座上，也应及时清洁。

　　★定时检查油杯油位，若发现油位不够，则应及时加入润滑油，以润滑导轨。

　　★每次使用本设备后，应用防尘罩遮盖，以免灰尘掉入真空小孔，并被真空泵吸入，影响其使用寿命。

　　★每次使用本设备后，应及时清洗废料收集盘。

　　Note of AFA-II automatic film coating machine:

　　★During the operation of the equipment,the knob of the coating length cannot be adjusted arbitrarily,otherwise the slider will not move when the machine is turned on again.Once this happens,you can push the slider to the machine and turn it on again,and the fault can be eliminated.

　　★The coating base should be kept clean,and there are debris stuck on it,so as not to affect the flatness of the coating base,which will affect the next coating;if the paint is accidentally dropped on the coating base,it should also be cleaned in time.

　　★Check the oil level of the oil cup regularly.If the oil level is not enough,add lubricating oil in time to lubricate the guide rail.

　　★After each use of the device,cover it with a dust cover to prevent dust from falling into the vacuum hole and being sucked in by the vacuum pump,affecting its service life.

　　★After each use of this equipment,the waste collection tray should be cleaned in time.
