摆杆阻尼试验机工作原理:
用摆杆在漆膜上摆幅衰减的阻尼时间以秒计来表示漆膜硬度是根据接触漆膜表面的摆杆以一定周期摆时,如表面越软的话则摆幅衰减越快,反之**越慢的原理。值得注意的是,用不同结构、质量、尺寸,周期的科尼格(Konig)和铂铲兹(Persoz)两种摆杆所作的试验结果之间没有换算关系,这是因为摆杆与涂层间的互相作用还取决于涂层具有的复杂的弹性和粘度等原因。所以产品标准中测定某种漆膜的阻尼时间,只规定使用一种摆杆。
Working principle of pendulum damping test machine:

摆杆阻尼试验机使用方法:
★将仪器座置于无振动的工作台上,装好底角螺钉及垫片。
★接好计数装置的电源线。用连接线连接光电管与计数装置。
★将两个控制手柄装在相应的位置上。
★将摆杆置于工作台定位销上。
★将仪器座水平校正::调整底脚螺钉,观察水平泡,校正好水平。
★摆杆的零位校正:在仪器座水平校正后,将摆杆放置工作台上观察其摆尖是否在刻度的零位,若不在零位则移动刻度盘,使其零位与摆尖对正,然后紧固好刻度盘紧固螺钉。
★位置调整:将光电管调整3°或4°的位置上。
How to use the swing bar damping test machine:
★Place the instrument base on a vibration-free workbench,and install the bottom corner screws and washers.
★Connect the power cord of the counting device.Connect the photocell and the counting device with a connection cable.
★Install the two control handles at the corresponding positions.
★Place the swing lever on the positioning pin of the workbench.
★Level the instrument base:Adjust the foot screw,observe the horizontal bubble,and correct the level.
★Zero calibration of the pendulum:After the instrument base is calibrated horizontally,place the pendulum on the workbench and observe whether its pendulum tip is at the zero position of the scale.And then tighten the dial fastening screws.
★Position adjustment:Adjust the photocell to 3°or 4°position.
摆杆阻尼试验机操作规程:
★接通计数装置电源,打开电源开关,将K/P摆转换键置于相应位置,当实验结束后,按动复位键使计数显示复零。
★将被测试板漆膜上放置在水平工作台上的托板上,然后转动托板控制手柄,使摆杆慢慢落在试板上。
★转动起动手柄拔置6°或12°处,用摆条止动装置档住摆条。
★释放摆条止动装置,使摆杆自由摆动,计数装置将自动记录下摆杆由6°-----3°或12°-------4°的阻尼次数。其阻尼时间应按下计算:

Operating rules of pendulum damping test machine:
★Turn on the counting device,turn on the power switch,and set the K/P pendulum switch to the corresponding position.After the experiment is over,press the reset button to reset the count display to zero.
★Place the paint film of the board under test on the supporting board on the horizontal workbench,and then turn the supporting control handle of the board,so that the swing bar slowly falls on the testing board.
★Rotate the starting handle to set it at 6°or 12°,and use the swing bar stop device to block the swing bar.
★Release the stop device of the swing bar to make the swing bar swing freely.The counting device will automatically record the damping times of the swing bar from 6°-----3°or 12°-------4°.The damping time should be calculated as follows:

摆杆阻尼试验机注意事项:
★准玻璃板在每次使用前应用乙醇,溶机汽油擦洗干净。注意不得划伤玻璃表面。
★应定期或每次试验前,先用标准玻璃板试验,以验证仪器是否符合Konig摆250±10S:Persoz摆420S以上的指标,如果不符则应找出原因后排除之,使其达到要求可试验。
★应在23±2℃相对湿度(50±5)%下进行,使用仪器时必须加上仪器罩。
★仪器不要放在光线充足的地方进行试验,以免接光电管受外界光线影响,而使自动计数装置不能正常计数甚至停止计数,仪器应放在无强光照射的地方。
★Konig摆的上部摆锤不要随意改变其位置,因为该摆锤是调节K摆摆动周期之用的。改变其位置K摆的周期也将随之改变。所以当发现K摆的周期不是1.4S时。**可调节摆锤使其达到1.4S。调节方法:让摆在玻璃板上摆动,用秒表记录10次或20次摆动时间,看其是否是14S或28S如果不是则调整摆锤位置,再用秒表记录其摆动时间,如此反复进行直至记录时间达到14S或28S即摆动周期达到1.4S为止
Note on pendulum damping test machine:
★The quasi-glass plate should be cleaned with ethanol and gasoline before use.Be careful not to scratch the glass surface.
★It should be tested with a standard glass plate regularly or before each test to verify whether the instrument meets the specifications of Konig pendulum 250±10S:Persoz pendulum above 420S.If it does not match,find out the reason and eliminate it to meet the requirements.test.
★It should be carried out at 23±2℃relative humidity(50±5)%,and the instrument cover must be added when using the instrument.
★The instrument should not be placed in a place with sufficient light for testing,so as to prevent the photocell from being affected by external light,and the automatic counting device could not normally count or even stop counting.The instrument should be placed in a place without strong light.
★Don't change the position of the upper pendulum of the Konig pendulum at will,because the pendulum is used to adjust the swing period of the K pendulum.The period of changing its position K pendulum will also change accordingly.So when it is found that the period of the K pendulum is not 1.4S.**Adjustable pendulum to 1.4S.Adjustment method:swing the pendulum on a glass plate,record the swing time 10 or 20 times with a stopwatch,and see if it is 14S or 28S.If it is not,adjust the position of the pendulum,and then record the swing time with a stopwatch.When the time reaches 14S or 28S,the swing period reaches 1.4S.
