　　QTB腻子柔韧性测定仪工作原理简介：

　　该仪器主要由压架与脱模两个部分组成，使用时**先将压紧辊柄和压架放置托模的后端，使托膜完全显露出来，然后将样板插入托膜后端的小槽内并用压紧柄使偏心轴压住样板的一端，然后将压架搬下通过压架上的滚动轴使样板沿着托膜表面均匀地弯曲变形，压架搬至定位肖处为上后观察样板腻子膜表面的物理变化。

　　托腊规格分为两种：R25 R50

　　通过在规定的条件下漆膜随其底材一起变形而不发生损坏的能力评价漆膜的柔韧性

　　试验技术特定：在标准规定条件下，弯曲试度板后，以使腻子膜开裂脱落时的弯曲膜的直径mm)表示

　　Brief introduction to the working principle of QTB putty flexibility tester:

　　The instrument is mainly composed of two parts:the holder and the demoulding.When using it,first place the compaction roller handle and the holder on the rear end of the supporting mold to fully expose the supporting film,and then insert the sample plate into the small end of the supporting film.In the groove,the eccentric shaft is pressed against one end of the sample plate with a compression handle,and then the holder is moved down through the rolling shaft on the holder to make the sample bend and deform uniformly along the surface of the supporting film.Observe the physical changes on the surface of the sample putty membrane.

　　Evaluate the flexibility of a paint film by its ability to deform with its substrate without damage under specified conditions
