　　涂膜鲜映性测定仪工作原理：

　　QYG型涂膜鲜映仪是光电结合的便携式仪器，其原理是将数码板上的数码通过光的照射及被测表面的反射映照在观测孔中。通过测量者的肉眼观测，读出鲜映性级别DOI值达到测量涂膜表面装饰性能指标的目的，DOI值越高鲜映性越好。

　　仪器由壳体、成像室、光路、目镜及面板几部分组成。

　　Coating film freshness tester works:

　　QYG type coating film fresh reflection instrument is a portable device combined with photoelectricity.Its principle is to illuminate the digital light on the digital board and the reflection of the measured surface into the observation hole.Through the naked eye observation of the measurer,read the DOI value of the freshness grade to achieve the purpose of measuring the decorative performance index of the coating film surface.The higher the DOI value,the better the freshness.

　　The instrument consists of housing,imaging room,light path,eyepiece and panel.

　　QYG涂膜鲜映性测定仪操作及使用方法：

　　★打开盖装上电池或插上外接电源。

　　★按下电源开关，然后观察电压表，转动电压调整旋钮，使指针处于6V位置，若调整后，指针不能调到6V时（小于6V），应更换电池。

　　★把标准反射板放在桌上，将仪器底部的测量窗口对准标准反射板放好，然后按下电源开关、从目镜筒观察映照在标准反射板上的数码板，确认可清晰地读取数码板上DOI值为10的数字。

　　★将仪器置于被测物体表面，使测量窗口与被测面对好，按动电源开关，从目镜筒中观察被映照的数码，读取可清晰地看清楚地DOI值数字。

　　★重复测定5次将平均值作为结果。

　　注：测定者应是能清楚地读取反射板上的DOI值为10的人。

　　Operation and use of QYG coating film freshness tester:

　　★Open the cover and install the battery or plug in the external power supply.

　　★Press the power switch,then observe the voltmeter and turn the voltage adjustment knob to make the pointer at the 6V position.If the pointer cannot be adjusted to 6V(less than 6V)after the adjustment,the battery should be replaced.

　　★Put the standard reflection plate on the table,align the measurement window on the bottom of the instrument with the standard reflection plate,and then press the power switch to observe the digital plate reflected on the standard reflection plate from the eyepiece tube to confirm that it can be read clearly A number with a DOI value of 10 on the digital board.

　　★Place the instrument on the surface of the object to be measured,make the measurement window and the surface facing each other,press the power switch,observe the reflected number from the eyepiece tube,and read the DOI value clearly.

　　★Repeat the measurement 5 times and take the average as the result.

　　Note:The tester should be someone who can clearly read the DOI value of 10 on the reflector.

　　QYG涂膜鲜映性测定仪维护与修理：

　　1、按动电源开关，调整电压值，若达不到规定的电压则应更换电池。

　　2、仪器使用时应轻拿轻放切勿磕碰及剧烈震动。

　　3、标准反射板用后应妥善收藏不得划伤表面。

　　Maintenance and repair of QYG coating film freshness tester:

　　1.Press the power switch to adjust the voltage.If the specified voltage is not reached,replace the battery.

　　2.When the instrument is in use,handle it gently and do not bump or shake it violently.

　　3.The standard reflector should be stored properly after use and should not scratch the surface.
