　　一、产品简介：

　　落砂耐磨试验机是我公司在老款基础上改进设计。整机采用全不锈钢材质，美观耐用，用来测试标准条件下有机涂层的耐磨性。通过单位膜厚的磨耗量来表示试板上涂层的耐磨性。测试方法符合美国工业标准ASTM D968-83以及JG/T 133-2000标准。

　　Product introduction:

　　The falling sand abrasion tester is an improved design of our company based on the old model.The whole machine is made of stainless steel,which is beautiful and durable.It is used to test the wear resistance of organic coating under standard conditions.The abrasion resistance of the coating on the test panel is represented by the amount of abrasion per unit film thickness.The test method complies with ASTM D968-83 and JG/T 133-2000 standards.

　　三、测试步骤：

　　♦在每块试板上标出三个圆形区域，每个圆形区域直径为1英寸（25mm），并使试板能在仪器的试板支架上能合适的**位。按标准测试涂层厚度，每个区域至少有三个测试点，记录各自区域上涂层厚度的平均值。

　　♦将已涂装的试板夹具（5）固定在试板支架上，调整试板使标出的区域正好在导管的中间下方，将一定体积的标准砂灌注到漏斗（1）中，打开落砂开关（2），使砂通过导管，撞击到试板上，在仪器底部用容器收集落下的砂。重复上述操作，直到涂层有5/32英寸（4mm）直径的区域露出底材。在试验过程中，合适增量砂子是2000±10mL，快接近终点时，可以在漏斗（1）中加200±2mL的砂。

　　♦按以下公式计算涂装试板的每个测试区域的耐磨值

　　A=V/T

　　公式中：

　　A——耐磨值，以升每微米计算

　　V——磨料使用量，升（保留一位小数）

　　T——涂层厚度，微米（保留一位小数）

　　需计算同一度板不同区域的耐磨值的平均值和不同试板耐磨性的平均值。

　　Three,test steps:

　　♦Mark three circular areas on each test plate,each of which is 1 inch(25mm)in diameter,and allow the test plate to fit properly on the test plate holder of the instrument.Test the coating thickness according to the standard.There are at least three test points in each area,and the average value of the coating thickness on each area is recorded.

　　♦Fix the painted test plate fixture(5)on the test plate support,adjust the test plate so that the marked area is just below the middle of the catheter,pour a certain volume of standard sand into the funnel(1),open The sand switch(2)passes the sand through the conduit and hits the test plate,and collects the fallen sand with a container at the bottom of the instrument.Repeat until the substrate has a 5/32 inch(4mm)diameter area exposed.During the test,the appropriate incremental sand is 2000±10mL.When the end point is nearing,200±2mL of sand can be added to the funnel(1).

　　♦Calculate the abrasion resistance of each test area of the coating test plate according to the following formula

　　=/A===A=V/T

　　formula:

　　A——Abrasion resistance,calculated in liters per micron

　　V——abrasive usage,liter(retain one decimal place)

　　T——coating thickness,micron(leave one decimal place)

　　Need to calculate the average value of the wear resistance of different areas of the same degree plate and the average value of the wear resistance of different test plates.

　　四、产品结构：

　　主要由1、漏斗；2、落砂开关；3、支架；4、导管；5、试板夹具；6、砂箱；7、高低调节螺母钉；8、调整螺丝组成。

　　五、试验准备：

　　1.按标准要求制备试板并在（23±2）℃、相对湿度（50±5）%条件下放置24小时。

　　2.校准仪器：

　　步骤一：将一定量的砂倒入漏斗（1），检查从导管（4）下端落下的砂流，用底部调整螺钉（8）校准装置，直至从互为90°的两个位置上观察时，砂束的内心正好落在砂流中间位置上为止。用高低调节螺母（7）来调节管子，管子到涂漆表面的距离根据ASTM标准，在垂直方向测量时，其A近点为1英寸（25mm），用户需根据自己的样板厚度进行调整，出厂时面器预先调节25mm。到倒入一定体积量的砂（以2000±10ml为宜），并测出流出时间，流出速度应是21S～23.5S内流也2L。此速度来源于ASTM标准，而用国标中的标准砂作测试时，我们测的速度为1分钟7L以上。

　　步骤二、将试板用试板夹具（5）固定，并逐步增加放入的砂量，直至逐渐耗露出直径为5/32英寸（25mm）长约1.25英寸（30mm）的椭圆形。A大磨耗区域的中间应在磨耗图形长轴的中间线上，并在上端的9/16～11/16英寸（14～17mm）之内。为了将磨耗圆点校正在磨耗图形中间，允许仪器进行微调。

　　步骤三、将固定试板夹具（5）上的一个50/32英寸（4cm）的小孔，孔的中间需对准导管的中间，称量通过试板夹具孔的砂量是总砂量的90%～93%则认为仪器是标准的。

　　Five,test preparation:

　　1.Prepare the test plate according to the standard requirements and place it at(23±2)℃and relative humidity(50±5)%for 24 hours.

　　2.Calibrate the instrument:

　　Step 1:Pour a certain amount of sand into the funnel(1),check the sand flow falling from the lower end of the duct(4),and use the bottom adjustment screw(8)to calibrate the device until viewed from two positions that are 90°from each other.The heart of the sand bundle just hits the middle of the sand flow.Use the height adjustment nut(7)to adjust the pipe.The distance from the pipe to the painted surface is according to ASTM standards.When measured in the vertical direction,the A close point is 1 inch(25mm).The user needs to adjust it according to the thickness of the template.The timepiece is adjusted in advance by 25mm.Pour a certain volume of sand(preferably 2000±10ml)and measure the outflow time.The outflow speed should be 21S~23.5S and the inflow is also 2L.This speed comes from the ASTM standard,and when using the standard sand in the national standard for testing,our measured speed is more than 7L per minute.

　　Step 2:Fix the test plate with the test plate fixture(5),and gradually increase the amount of sand put in,until the oval shape with a diameter of 5/32 inches(25mm)and a length of about 1.25 inches(30mm)is gradually exposed.The middle of the large abrasion area should be on the middle line of the long axis of the abrasion pattern,and within 9/16 to 11/16 inches(14 to 17 mm)at the upper end.In order to correct the wear circle in the middle of the wear pattern,the instrument is allowed to make fine adjustments.

　　Step 3:Fix a small 50/32 inch(4cm)hole in the fixed test plate fixture(5),the middle of the hole needs to be aligned with the middle of the catheter,and weigh the sand passing through the hole of the test plate fixture is the total sand 90%to 93%think the instrument is standard.

　　六、注意事项：

　　1、为了保证砂束的内心正好落砂流的中间，每隔一段时间要检查导管的对准情况。

　　2、砂粒通过仪器25次后，要用NO.30的筛子将变细的砂粒除去，砂粒用过50次后要重新更换。

　　3、为了获得A高精密度的试验结果，买卖双方应使用同一来源的砂子。

　　4、作试验时应注意，落砂结束后，应把机器稍微倾斜一下，使漏斗下部的小方块中多余的砂倒出，再重新放入落砂开关（2），以免落砂开关（2）不能放入。

　　Six,matters needing attention:

　　2.After the sand particles have passed through the instrument 25 times,the thinned sand particles should be removed with a sieve of NO.30,and the sand particles should be replaced after 50 times.

　　3.In order to obtain a high-precision test result,the buyer and the seller should use sand from the same source.

　　4.Please pay attention to the test.After the falling sand is over,tilt the machine slightly to pour out the excess sand in the small square in the lower part of the funnel,and then put it back into the falling sand switch(2)to avoid the falling sand switch(2).)Can't put.
